For studies analyzing differences between or among groups there is usually 1 Dependent Variable (DV) with an Interval/Ratio Measurement ­and there is often 1 Independent Variable (IV) with a Nominal Measurement.  Please review your data and select the number of 'Groups' contained within your 'IV' as well as their 'Similarity' to generate the 'Appropriate Statistic'.
